why are we only copying just the first row instead of copying the whole matrix to aux[][]

Pls explain preprocess function
we are making array named aux such that
aux[i][j]=> sum of element from 0,0 to i,j
for making the aux array first we have to add col wise then row wise
but before this we have copy first row as it is
because first row of aux matrix and mat matrix remain same
