Please tell me reason why we make hashtable object like that

to access the hashtable class as shown in the video we make object of class hashtable like hashtablepricemenu then we insert a element or shown
but in linked list we just make object of classs like that linkedlist why ???
please tell me reason why we make hashtable object like that…

in cpp, object can be created mainly 2 ways(assume we have a class Student):

  1. Student s; // Student s(x,y,z…) for parametrized constructor
  2. Student *s = new Student();

based on the situation, we can use any of the ways. in the 2nd way, when we create pointer to a class, its object is not created, to create an object we use new keyword.
