How to take Input in this Question?
I have taken it using
vector<pair<int,vector > v;
I know It is a rate in a maze kinda problem
The only difference is In THis Some Blocks are blocked
But here Roads are there getting blocked.
Please tell about this one and How can I solve this one?

so that i can see on hackerblocks .
5 8 is 5*8 Grid
and Then we have given from each number where we can go
1 0 1 1 0
It means At 1st Block,
You can’t go up
You can go Right
You can go Down
But You can’t go Left.
No, The Question isn’t on Hackerblocks.

what i think is that it is just like the rat in a maze you have to discover the path only.
so the every rows first element you dont need .
so you can do with the matrux as well .
and if you have thought of any approach using that only then you are doing in a right way, what you have mentioned above .
