Please help me to pass the test cases

you cant sort array of boards and the starting is the board with the maximum size.
i think this is the same becz if we sort array and give the last index value to lb(lower_bound) then its automatic the highest value from the array
this code is not passing all test cases

you cant sort because it is mentioed in the question that you can t disturb the sequence of the array it should be continuous as it is given in the question.
