Will the time complexity be N! * N where N is the time for taking out substring and N! for the loops???

@govilayush hey ,ap complexity aise nhi nikal skte recursion tree bnao iska and then hm assume kr skte hai through number of nodes in recursion tree,mostly recursion ki exponential hoti hai.
