Please explain the link between IPL and SUPW

I am not convinced by video explanation of link between IPL and SUPW please explain intuitively

@sahazeer123 hey in SUPW you have to take min of subseq when these condition are satisfied such that window of 3 atlease 1 is choosen and we have to minimise that but in IPl condition is reverse ,atleast one shouldd be empty in 3 size window and we have to maximise that so what we did take thes um of whole array and subtarct minimum ans of SUPW from total array sum ,take eg and dry run this you will get it.
