what is the use of 2nd loop in this program.?
please explain the j loop in this code as i am unable to get the function of this loop? what it will perform???

what is you want to print something like this

you need two loops for that i for rows j for columns
similarly in this i is the no of lines and j is no of times you have to print
just dry run for a small ex to understand more clearly
