Perfect pair ---failing in 1 test case out of 3

Why is my code passing just 2 out of 3 test cases.?

@Nik1 your code is correct .
1 test case is wrong
the sample test case is printed wrong.
Output will be 2 for the sample test case.
34&29 = 0
29&34 = 0
