Path isnt added in the environment variables

I installed Python successfully. But when I am typing python in the cmd … It’s opening the windows store and showing the python app to download and install. I have already installed Python successfully in my system. the path of python scripts and python isn’t available in the environment variables… What to do? How can I add those paths in my environment variables?

Steps:

  1. Right-clicking This PC and going to Properties .
  2. Clicking on the Advanced system settings in the menu on the left.
  3. Clicking on the Environment Variables button o​n the bottom right.
  4. In the System variables section, selecting the Path variable and clicking on Edit . The next screen will show all the directories that are currently a part of the PATH variable.
  5. Clicking on New and entering Python’s install directory.

I added the pyhton path but still its showing the same issue… What to do?

Should I uninstall and install it again from scratch…?
