One Large Egg Chair or Two Smaller Chairs?

I’m redesigning my garden seating area and can’t decide between buying one large hanging egg chair or a pair of smaller outdoor chairs. Which setup has worked better for you in terms of comfort, space, and everyday use?

Jumping in on this older post because I have a similar garden dilemma. One egg chair wins for cozy napping, but two smaller chairs let you face each other for conversation. Do you plan to sit alone with a book more often, or host someone for coffee? That might decide it for you.

For a cozy hangout spot, I’d go with two smaller chairs for flexibility, but if a single showstopper is your dream, hanging egg chairs are wonderfully comfortable for curling up alone. I personally picked one from a wide selection of styles and sizes, and the water-resistant cushion makes it perfect for everyday use.
