How could I know that for particular example how many layers do I need and upsampling and downsampling the number of neuron?
Does this is known from the research paper?
Or is it already known for a particular project that numbers are needed?

Hey @tussharverma94, there is no hard and fast rule for that, you need to explore the values yourself, also values like 128,256,512,1024, 2048 would solve the purpose generally. So make 2-3 models and compare the accuracies, and choose the best one.
