Not Understood Factorial Problem

In Mathematics section A Factorial Problem , i dont understand the concept , there are some ratio c/k , what is the meaning of that , can anyone explain me the question

@mehul.narendra.dubey there is no c given in the question… its pretty straightforward
You will be given n, and k and you have to find a value x such that n! % k^x = 0
and you have to maximise the value of x
