Not getting Accuracy

Sir, I have created the picture as shown in the sample photo but I am not able to get the accuracy above 49%.

first convert from bgr 2 rgb and then resize images

that would work i hope

first converting from bgr2rgb and then resizing the images doesn’t work . It still shows 49% accuracy

don’t resize after concatenating ,
change that , try another approach ,
create a black image of the required shape and then place those images there

I don’t know why you are not able to upload the image , but yeah this way you implemented now is correct and your score is 100.

It is still showing only 73% accuracy

it shouldn’t be , i tried this in mine but there it showed me 100.
