Not able to use 'InputFile' from Jupyter

not able to pass inputFile as an argument from Jupyter . is it mandatory to use command line to pass file as an argument .
below attached is the screenshot of error I am getting

hey @Par1hsharma ,
inputFile is a parameter , but you are passing that as a string value , hence it is not open able to get in open command ,
write the variable there.
