Sir, I’m not able to open files through command prompt. Instead , they are opening from IDLE.

There is some issue in the python installation. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn/Server-side/Django/development_environment In this also you can see how to set up python for the windows. In mac and Linux it is pre-installed and for windows, we need to set it up separately.
