@zanj0 Basically will you will be given a matrix with colour of black and white cells. You can place a eraser of size k x K at any block with the leftmost corner will be i,j and you can cover up down and right upto k size. you have to tell the maximum number of white horizontal or vertical lines after your operation.

I got the idea that some kind of prefix sum will be used here but I am unable to get the reccurence relation. Please help me in getting the reccurence relation/ approach for the problem.
