Not able to understand the pattern

Not getting the how to start ,please explain

note following things in pattern

a) every row has some number in starting then some space and then gain some numbers
b) starting part of each rows contains number in increasing order, starting from 1
c) ending part of row conatins number in decrrasing order , starting from row number and decreasing till 1.

d) only in the last row two both increasing and decreasing series intersect .
so handle it seprately.
