Not able to understand the get detect_intent_from_text code

Hi, can somebody explain me what is going in the function detect_intent_from_text. I am not able to understand it.

i might not clear on this one.

But you might know that we train a model on dialogflow dashboard , that understands text and based on them tell us some kind of keywords .
So , detect intent from text is that only.
to detect those keywords from the sample text that we provide.
