Not Able to Understand Promises

Bhaiya, Im not able to understand what promises are , how do they work.

And I’m not able to understand asynchronous programming.

Call back function.

Too much confusion

I understand that async programming and promises can be tricky to understand at first. The way I myself understood these concepts were by seeing the videos available on this topic, trying the code myself, didnt understand much, see the video again (same/some other video on the same topic), and then try to code again.
