Not able to access the programming challenges

I am able to access the course videos, quiz challenges but I am not able to access the programming challenges… Whenever I click the coding challenge, it just keeps loading and never shows the problem (screenshot of same is attached, in this I was trying to access the Array-Max Value in Array challenge)… please help me
