Neural nets accuracy

I cannot obtain an accuracy of 97% as shown in the lectures and also cannot install the visualise module.
can anyone help?

Jupyter Notebook runs on your localhost, means that this link will only work on your laptop/system.
If you want to post your code, first upload it on github and then share that link.
