Naive Bayes classifier

Am I right that
1.Naive bayes is non parameterized algorithm
2.there is no parameter to learn
3.No training is required
4.Predictions are based on ON THE SPOT probability of corpus .

Yes, but if you check other models or improved models if NB then you might some parameters there.

Understanding the corpus is the training of that model only.
