Hello @mkidwai74 from your main pass n instead of 0.
and increment cnt variable only when you are in base case.
not within the for loop because you have to calculate the ways of all the selection.
check this:

Still one testcase doesnt pass

@mkidwai74 because acc. to constraints n can go upto 11 and you were dealing it with 10 only.
