My function do not execute as described

My functions in this topic do not execute as follows when I give out the command of sheldon_knock (“penny”, 3) this is of course after defining it in the cell above before I issue the aforementioned command, my question is could this be caused as a result of several cell I opened as I have been using the same juypter note and have several blank cell or what would you suggest I observe that might be hindering this executions?

Yeah it can be. Try restarting your notebook kernel and running all the codes in one go.
