i downloaded sqlite3 for windows but when i entered sqlite3 db.sqlite3 in my command window it is showing an error: ‘sqlite3’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
How to resolve this error?

You will need to install sqlite3 first and make sure that it is present in your environment variables
