Mingw installation

Hi
i try to install minGW following the guide you provide. the mingw.zip is not on the site provided.
how can i install the compiler? please clarify the issue. i have basically the same issue mentioned on the website -video is not upto date with the files offered.

i think you should see the new video from google how to install.
