whenever i define a method inside a method my pycharm id gives warning that method may be static

Hey, after giving warning also it works it is fine but if it doesn’t work then tell ?? Because pycharm is like this only gives too many suggestions or warning and some of them doesn’t fit correct. You can use sublime text editor or visual studio both are good with python and light-weight. You can also use jupyter-notebook.
And if your program doesn’t give out after warning also pls let me know.
