you are doing
max= max + (inc[i] + dec[i-1]); what is “i” here?
and also dont use same variable for your testcase counter and in your code.
I have made the requirec changes please have a look;

What does this line mean (ios_base::sync_with_stdio(false);cin.tie(NULL);cout.tie(NULL):wink: in the code?.
