What is the meaning of range in this and how should i code for it?

hello @ashish_arora369 the range in this function is for particular element that the particular element could be in this range .
for suppose we have array of 3 elements which have numbers like:
-10000000
24395395
133535549
In the example above the largest number in the array is 133535549.
this is the concept of the range in this .
