What is the difference between cell state and hidden state in LSTM basically the difference between the kind of information which they carry ?

in short and most brief you can understand it as
hidden states contains the information from the immediate previous cell. ( kind of maintaining the short term information )
whereas cell state contains and carries the long term information, the information it had learnt till now.
