Is we have to memorize the implementation of the code for interview or we have to only know the concept?

You should never memorize code. It won’t help you at all with interviews. The important thing is to know the algorithm and the mathematics behind the algorithm (plus the necessary equations).
If you know that, you’ll be able to implement the algorithm without memorizing.
