Last Testcase Fail

i checked my output on 5X3 and 3X5 matrix prints every no correctly on square matrix also works fine added the condition if inputs are null still my program fails on last testcase

i have corrected ur code… its working fine now…
just in line 23 and 30 use >= instead of just >
