Last step problem

I am unable to understand last step

Hey @drn192000_6c12623796658f98 in the last step we have added a if condition bcoz when you are printing last line your first loop for stars will print only 4 stars and your loop for stars after spaces will also print 4 stars but as you can see we need total of 9 stars. therefore specifically for last line we have added a condition if(row == n)// (bcoz row will be equal to n when we are on last line) then make CST = 2; instead of 1 to print a extra star.
