JS not being rendered on the browser

After coding along with the video, I noticed that the font on the local host is not as it should have been when using materialze.css and materialze.js

When I looked at the source tab on the browser, I noticed that only CSS was being rendered on the web and not the JS.

I have rechecked my code multiple times but I cannot seem to find any issues. I am attaching the screenshots of relevant parts of the code and the directory system. Please help me out ASAP!

I am not allowed attaching more than one screenshot, hence attaching the one that shows missing js files.
