Is this only vaild for graph data points in the range 0 to N

since we are always using loop from 0 To V iterating everytime then suppose if output is 8,7,15,68,78.65 inplace of 0-5 then will the code work, from dry run I am not able to understand, According to me we are setting the problem in terms of adjacency list having node values from 0 to n, and all the data points also in the range 0 to N
