while downloading jdk-8u261-windows-i586 for windows 8 32 bit, internal error 61003 is showing before destination folder step… what this error means and will it create any prblm in future?

after i typed javac to see that whether jdk path is set in my windows 8 a popup appeard which saying- the prog… can’t start bcoz api-ms-win-crt-stdio-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.
sir my friend have also taken this same course in April with 1 yr validity and she told me that whenever she send u any doubt she gets reply within 10.mins max… its her recommendation that i took this course from coding blocks… bt Last time also i got reply after a day and today also it’s been 15 hrs but i didn’t get any reply…
