is the central image size supposed to be smaller than the other four images as evident in the sample image

My image looks exactly like the sample image with given the size as given but my submission has an accuracy of 72. is their anything to be kept in mind while converting to csv, or do I have to change the collage format back to BGR

i have used a 100X100 size center image, with border size 10
