Input format not clear

How am I supposed to take input in this particular problem. Please help, though I understood the solution but unable to take the input.

hey input is simply like normal input just take in form of string and where there is null at that position child is not present and use recursion to build the tree.

I have a code for create function:

But it is written in java.
Java is very much similar to C++ in terms of syntax.
So, you won’t find any difficulty in understanding the logic.

Let me know if you don’t understand something.
