Index out of bound error in hypothesis method for boston problem

i am getting index 14 out of bound for axis 0 with size error while doing this program. I did exactly the same code you showed in the video.

Try running the code from beginning, this error arises when you try to get index 14 element while actually actually its not there. If error persists share the ipynb file by saving it on google drive, and sharing the link.
