Increasing decreasing sequence

i am not getting this question can you more test case to make this question clear

Let’s take this example:

The ans should be false. Bcoz it not strictly increasing and descreasing sequence as you can see…

Here ans should be true, bcoz [1] , [2,3,4,5] the first sequence is strictly decreasing and second sequence is strictly increasing.
