Hey @kavit I am totally responsible for your inconvenience but on the day you asked the doubt I was not feeling well and on top of it my exams were going on due to which I was not active on ASK DOUBT section for 2 to 3 days and after 2 days your doubt went to resolved automatically and didn’t came to my sight and that is the reason your doubt remained unresolved. Considering hiring more TAs is in process and from now on you will not endure this situation again.

If you are asking me to rate the doubt, without even resolving, then i will have to highlight this matter to the CB authorities… Bec i cannot see that you have answered the doubt… In mobile.

@kavit You said it yourself that you have resolved the doubt by yourself and the reason for the delay has been given to you and I don’t see any reason to reply if you said that doubt has been resolved but still sorry for the inconvenience.

Bcoz reason for which your doubt went to resolved by some glitch is still not clear to me.
AND @kavit THERE IS POLICY IF THE STUDENT DOESN’T REPLY FOR 2 STRAIGHT DAYS we have to mark that doubt as resolved and if your doubt was unresolved then you have to reopen that doubt and this sound very fair to me.
