Can 100% accuracy be achieved in this question by SVM or we need to learn some different model ??

100 % can’t be achieved by any model , yeah until and unless you fill the submission file manually by your perspective.
There might be some students on leaderboard showing 100% , they are actually our mentors who have actually submitted the actual true csv file just for checking.
So , just don’t go with 100 % . Just learn and Practice.
