I'm not able to locate the csv file as on site only gz files are there

just download the gz file , download winRaR to extract data from it.

I have extracted the gz files but now also there is no csv file rather there are ubyte files.

install winRar on your system first , and then download it will download it in .rar format.

or much better then that , you can directly use it from the keras module
