THere is some problem in the url you have made in app.route()
Kindly check that.

in your code bot2.py
you have this bot.set_webhook(" /http://4bd4dc98d7cc.ngrok.io"+TOKEN)

As you can see the url start incrrectly. and also add a slash/ after ngrok.io
So just correct this , i guess it would work.
