the website that you are dealing with is fetching those jokes in real time and BeautifulSoup is for static purpose.

You need to selenium along with beautifulSoup to get this done.

use selenium.
its an automation tool , which to helps work like humans .
with this you can open the page the way like a browser does ,
then after it gets loaded then use beautiful to scrap the content out of it , or you can also use selenium commands to do the same .

In this way you can easily scrap the content out of it.

so , you need to first load it completely and then work.
