i did not understah d what is line no. 16 is doing

it is similar to what explained in the video
i.e. first we are transfering top n-1 disks from src to helper
then the last disk is transferred directly from src to dest.
then the n-1 disks which we had move earlier to helper should be moved in some similar way from helper to dest.

Here we finally want the disks to reach the dest so we can use helper or src as supporting(extra) place where we can put our disks.
