@alter hey for bigger soln sir has explained general solution ,for a and b if a<b there is always one bit which is not set so sir ne a and b example deke most significanrt bit consider hai ki woh 0 hoga as a ki msb and b ki msb 1 to dono ka xor 0 hoga agr dono ki msb 1 nhi hogi to no hmara bhar hoga a and b ki range se,you have to generate as many ones in ans so pehli diff bits ke bad hmara ans 1 ya 0 dono ho skta hai , so hme woh max chyy ,now try this and please see video again you will get it.
