I am getting Segmentation Fault even though I am able to run on my local IDE Please Help

Problem on SPOJ : TDK Prime

Note I have used boolean sieve which stores 1 as non prime and 0 as prime

Ok so reread the problem statement ,it can ask for 5*10^6 th prime number
and u are checking primes till that number
