hey @kunaljindal ,
you might be lacking in some shape of any image or maybe the center image is actually not in the center.
Kindly check it once, if still you can find out , then kindly share me your code file along with image you created. I will let you know what the error is .

hey @kunaljindal ,
while creating your image , you were resizing all images to shape 200,200 .
But for center image you again resized it to 100,100 , due to this double resizing it lost some values.

So , just again read the center image and resize directly to 100,100. It will work and should provide 100 % score.
