How to manipulate MinV value and MaxV value

i cant understand how to change MaxV and MinV value changes plz explain

@kingshuk441 hey ,basically MaxV and MinV refer to max and min in that particular interval so hmara jo current root hai woh left ke max se bda hona chhy ,also right subtree ke min se chota hona chy to wahi constraint lga kr solve kia hai.
